The event organisers (us) and venue both reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, prices, and/or event times without notice. We will make every effort for this not to occur, but sometimes unforseen things can happen. Should the event be cancelled or rescheduled, Heartbeat Collective will contact you via your nominated email address and inform you of your options. We will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.
Last but not least, we have a no-dickhead policy in place at all Heartbeat Collective events. All we ask is that you remain respectful on the dancefloor, and keep in mind that this is not a place for judgement, intolerance, egos, or just general "dickhead" behaviour.
